Key Responsibilities - Teach and facilitate learning in the subject area.
- Carry out industry or consultancy projects to remain relevant and maintain linkages with industry and schools.
- Engage in industry attachments or experience regularly to update skills, knowledge and practices.
Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in Asian cuisine, including familiarity with local herbs, spices and culinary methods for Chinese, Malay, Peranakan and Indian recipes.
- Or at least 3 years of experience in Western cuisine, with a sound culinary foundation in French, Italian, Nordic, or Spanish cuisines.
