About the Role

The Leasing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing leasing strategies for HRI commercial projects. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, optimizing lease rates and ensuring that leasing guidelines, contracts, and tenant relationships are aligned with HRI's commercial, legal and operational objectives.

Leasing Strategy & Rate Development

• Develop and recommend lease rates, escalation structures, and commercial terms for all HRI commercial properties
• Conduct market studies and competitive analysis to ensure lease rates remain commercially viable and aligned with market conditions
