Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in finding suitable properties
- Conduct property viewing and provide information regarding lease terms
- Manage lease applications and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and tenant inquiries
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in leasing, real estate, or administrative support roles (property management experience is an advantage).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
