Job Description

The Leasing andTenant Relations Manager is responsible for managing tenant relationships, leasing activities, and overall tenant performance within the mall. This role ensures optimal tenant mix, high occupancy rates, and strong tenant satisfaction while supporting revenue growth and overall mall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall mall leasing processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize mall occupancy and rental income.
• Review and analyze tenant performance to optime the mall's tenant mix.
