Position Overview
Responsibilities - Identify and secure suitable locations for new retail and F&B outlets, aligning with market demand and expansion plans.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions while fostering relationships with landlords and real estate developers.
- Manage lease agreements, including renewals and terminations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Monitor critical lease and license timelines for renewals and expirations, coordinating relocations as necessary.
- Oversee the conceptual design, renovation, and maintenance of stores to ensure they are visually appealing and functional, enhancing customer experience.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules while managing facility‑related emergencies and conducting regular inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all outlets.
