This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people thrive in their education, especially those who may require additional support with learning, behaviour, or SEND needs.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can:
Support students on a 1:1 basis and within small groups

Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support

Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Promote independence, confidence, and engagement in learning

Manage behaviour in line with school policies
