Hours: 28.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)

Scale: NJC 3-5

Salary: £16,427 - £16,949 (FTE Salary: £24,412 - £25,583)

Responsibilities

Support learning and development of pupils in the primary academy by giving individual and group assistance.

Assist pupils on an individual basis, in small groups and whole class work, tailored to their needs.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective strategies that support children's learning and development.

Qualifications

Experience working with young people and children.

Understanding of child development and ways children learn.

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
