About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to learners aged 16 and above, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. You will work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes student progress, confidence, and independence.

This role also includes providing personal care support to learners where required, ensuring their wellbeing and dignity are always maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to learners, including those with SEND aged 16+.
• Assist with lesson delivery, ensuring learners are able to access, understand, and engage with their studies.
