About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work within Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across the Blandford Forum area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support younger students with a range of additional needs, helping them to access education and develop key foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN

• 
  

  Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored and engaging learning activities

• 
  

  Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs

• 
  

  Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

• 
  

  Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing
