Learning Specialist (Contract) – Canadian Business Banking (CBB)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $42/hour + 4% vacation pay

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and business-facing Learning Specialist to support the Canadian Business Banking (CBB) Learning & Development portfolio.

This hybrid L&D role combines program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and light project ownership. You will work closely with the Lead Learning Solutions Architect and partner with HR, business stakeholders, and internal L&D teams to support the delivery of key learning initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with L&D experience who is comfortable operating beyond coordination and can confidently engage with stakeholders.
