**Your Impact**

The primary purpose of the Learning Manager is to understand and work within the Enterprise Learning Development Strategy to develop and align learning programs to meet the needs of the business and ensure that associates achieve business goals and operational objectives. This role supports cross-functional projects and ensures that associates and leaders have the role specific and leadership capabilities needed to drive performance and productivity.
