About the Role

As the Immunology Learning Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end US learning strategy for our immunology portfolio across launch and lifecycle phases. You will translate global asset strategies into US‑relevant, capability‑based learning roadmaps, anticipating evolving business needs and enabling launch readiness, execution excellence, and sustained performance.
