Purpose of Role
You will report in to the Learning Product Lead. The Learning Experience Lead ensures that people experience, adopt, and apply learning across the organisation.
- Translate priority skills and learning products into end‑to‑end journeys that embed development into everyday work and lead measurable capability uplift
- Design learning communities and cohort‑based capability programmes (for example apprentice communities and apprenticeship programmes) well, supports them well and connects them to pathways, performance and internal mobility.
Learn Journey Ownership
- Design and improve learning journeys in consideration of agreed priority skills and roles, advocating learning into workflow (not one‑off events).
- Orchestrate journeys using the learning product portfolio and promoting platforms.
Community & Cohort Programme Ownership (incl. Apprenticeships)
