Position at XL Industries Inc SUMMARY:The Learning & Development Specialist supports the organization’s purpose by designing, developing, producing, high-quality learning content and experiences that build technical, business, and people capabilities across the organization. This role blends strong instructional design and development expertise with project management, and cross-functional partnership to create impactful learning solutions that support both division-wide and region-specific learning initiatives.
