Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide thought leadership in L&D area of expertise.
- Partner with Business Leader/Clients to address Learning and Development needs for various levels of Leadership and/or various Functional groups and roles as assigned.
- Ensure that L&D activities are aligned with business needs and outcomes.
- Partner with Business Leaders/Clients to identify accurate problem statements, root causes, and effective solutions for individual, team and organizational performance issues aligned with business needs and outcomes.
- Partner with colleagues in all regions to ensure standardized approaches to L&D solutions are implemented as needed in all regions and that best practices are identified, shared and implemented.
- Apply L&D solutions to specific and critical populations or demographic groups within the company. Identify, network and manage internal and external suppliers to provide seamless solutions for development needs.
