Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis with business leaders and managers to identify capability gaps and priority learning needs.
- Conduct on-floor observations and translate performance insights into targeted development interventions.
- Partner with business leaders to co-create learning journeys that are practical, relevant, and hand-in-glove with business expectations.
- Customize and contextualize content for behavioural and professional skills to suit business, function, and audience needs.
