The Learning Advisor provides a high quality specialist learning advisory service. With a comprehensive understanding of the range of face to face and digital learning solutions in place across the organization, the Learning Advisor supports employees in achieving their potential. You will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development (L&D) team in organizing and managing training programs for employees and senior leaders. Your role will involve ensuring smooth operations of L&D activities, from handling queries to managing cases in Service Now, and maintaining process documentation.
