Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning Design Producer & Simulation Developer to support the development of a new national Leadership Academy focused on building the capability of senior leaders within a complex, operational, safety-critical environment.

This is a highly production-focused role where you will take learning design concepts and rapidly transform them into polished, delivery-ready learning assets , with a strong emphasis on immersive leadership simulations, workshop materials, and facilitator toolkits .
