The L&D Specialist is responsible for designing and developing training modules, training videos, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and other related training materials. He/she ensures that these materials are created according to the specific requirements of the target learners in the training programs.
Training Needs Assessment & Analysis
- Conducts basic assessment and gather data from the stakeholders.
- Consolidates and gather initial insights and assessment from FGD, survey result or document review.
Training Design & Development
- Conducts research-based module content based on the approved design by the stakeholders / workgroup.
- Develops training materials based on the identified timeline.
- Design learning modules, training videos, QRGs, etc.
- Develops storyboard for VBT (video-based training) and CBT (computer-based training) modules.
