Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking highly motivated, lean-focused, and passionate problem solvers to join our team as a **Lean Practitioner (Level 4)** supporting the **737 North Line Program** in **Everett, WA site** .

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by implementing lean initiatives that eliminate waste, enhance quality, and reduce process flow times.
