Position Overview

The ideal candidate of this position will have a strong leadership and background in Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, an expert in Topsides Process Engineering, and provide strategic focus in the Topsides Process Engineering for Conceptual/pre‑FEED/FEED/EPC(I) projects of FPSO, FLNG or offshore facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of corporate technical standards/procedures, workflow, engineering platform (e.g., process design data integration) and keep them updated, integral, practical and fit to purpose with incorporating Project Lessons Learned.
• Manage all topside process resources and monitor feasibility studies/FEED/EPCI project progress to assign appropriately competent resources to each prospective/ongoing project in close communication with Project Management Teams (PMTs).
