The purpose of this role is to lead development and delivery high-impact learning solutions to meet strategic and operational business needs of the division. This includes managing supplier relationships, overseeing course delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization. Additionally, this role leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive Culture strategy for GSSC. This entails collaborating with global teams to drive culture initiatives and integrate listening strategies to achieve impactful outcomes and support business results.
