Leadership Development Specialist

The Growth Company (GC) is seeking a collaborative and innovative Leadership Development Specialist to support the design and delivery of a leadership development programme aligned to the organisation’s newly developed Leadership Competency Framework.

Following significant work to define and embed a clear set of leadership competencies across GC, this role will play a key part in bringing these to life in practice. You will design and deliver engaging development solutions for a diverse range of leaders, ensuring the competencies translate into meaningful behaviours and impact across the organisation.
