Our Client, a HVAC and Refrigeration Organization company, is looking for a Lead Warehouse Technician for their supply store in Anchorage, AK location. Responsibilities:

+ Key point of contact for customers visiting our Client Supply stores.

+ Helping customers resolve parts or equipment issues and ensuring they receive high quality solutions quickly and accurately.

+ This hybrid position combines both Customer Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate responsibilities.

+ Provide customer support by identifying solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

+ Partner with customers to grow sales by recommending related or complementary products.

+ Utilize basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

+ Use Salesforce as needed (experience is helpful but not required).
