User Research Team

We are currently a team of around 20 individual contributors and 3 people managers who are embedded into collectives such as Personal Banking and Business Banking, working cross‑functionally with Product Design, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering. Our organization is led by Katherine Vaughan, our Director of Research.

Location

Barcelona (ESP) – Hybrid: 2‑3 days from the office.

Base Salary

Base salary for this role is dependent on experience plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Working with our global Research Operations lead to set up systems and processes for Monzo.
• Building and nurturing a customer‑obsessed team culture in Spain, helping everyone to deeply understand our users and build products that meet their needs.
