Role Overview

The Lead — Treasury Mid Office will own end-to-end liquidity and interest-rate risk management for Hero FinCorp, set and maintain the Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework, drive capital adequacy and cost-of-funds optimisation, and partner closely with the Front Office, Back Office, regulators, auditors, rating agencies and investors. The role is a critical control and analytics function bridging strategy, risk and operations within Treasury.
