Summary

Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the Lead Surveyor is responsible for driving excellence in geomatics operations and field delivery. This role plays a key part in the surveying team and works closely with project staff and clients. You will lead field operations, oversee data processing, supervise crews, and act as the on‑site technical expert. You will mentor junior staff, apply advanced Civil 3D expertise, and serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring precise and high‑quality results.
