About The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce applications. As a Developer, you'll bring your deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to craft tailored Salesforce solutions that transform how our clients engage with their customers. You'll also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, user‑friendly, and robust platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• You will be working within our Salesforce Centre of Excellence to ensure that we are building a Salesforce platform that follows best practice and will scale for future use cases.
• You will work as part of a self‑organised Salesforce team that designs, develops and maintains core features on our Salesforce platform, which powers our internal agent systems....
