At Restroworks, weโ€™re looking for a seasoned SDR Leader to build, scale, and lead a high-performing Sales Development team driving pipeline across the India market.

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline targets
  • Own end-to-end lead generation strategy (Inbound + Outbound)
  • Drive prospecting, qualification, and pipeline creation for Enterprise & Mid-Market segments
  • Define and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and targeting strategies
