The Lead Replenishment Associate plays a key role in developing talent and enabling the success of the R eplenishment organization. They are a strategic and operational leader within the R eplenishment team, responsible for driving process excellence and team development. This role influences R eplenishment -wide tools and practices to align with business needs and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement. Leads serve as subject matter experts, supporting system execution and acting as a resource for team members. They onboard, train, and mentor new RPAs, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as Leads represent the team across divisions and engage in strategic initiatives. They help maintain team alignment with KPIs and ensure consistent results through adaptability and critical thinking.
