Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Senior Medical Services Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for carrying out functions within the RN scope of practice and acts as the RN Lead.
Clinical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and education under established standing orders and standardized procedures, including conducting nurse visits for preventive care, chronic disease monitoring, acute concerns, sensitive services etc.
• Perform patient triage and nursing assessments to determine patient needs, prioritize care, and coordinate timely provider involvement when clinically indicated.
• Coordinate services between Physicians, specialists, medical providers, and non-medical staff as necessary to meet the complete medical socio-economic needs of clients.
