In your role, you will oversee quality processes for multiple business units, ensuring standardized practices that prioritize customer focus. This position involves designing a quality data ecosystem and managing non-conformance resolutions to uphold operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Severity 1 non-conformance resolutions across BUs
• Develop and refresh quality systems and data capture methods
• Standardize processes for consistent quality outcomes
• Facilitate monthly meetings for quality reviews
• Initiate cross-business unit quality projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality
• More than 7 years in quality engineering or systems roles
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 QMS and NCR workflows
