Lead Project Analyst, Global Compensation COE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management across year‑round and year‑end compensation initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, issues tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Apply J&J; FPX methodologies to ensure project rigor, standardized execution, and consistent communication.
• Support governance for compensation processes by preparing materials, maintaining documentation, and ensuring consistent adoption of global standards.
• Manage project elements related to global survey participation, salary structure development, market pricing deliverables, and annual benchmarking cycles.
