The Opportunity

UserWise is developing a new mobile game based on a globally recognized entertainment IP, blending mass-market appeal with a fast, high-frequency LiveOps cadence. We're looking for a Lead Producer to act as the engine room of the project - building and owning the production pipelines that allow a lean, senior team to move at startup speed. You will be the first and sole Producer on the project during early development. This is not a coordination or ticket-management role; it is about creating the systems, rhythms, and trust that let design and engineering execute at a high level.

This is a hands-on role in a lean, newly formed team. You will actively drive decisions, manage risk, and carry the production process forward from early exploration through MVP, soft launch, and live operations.
