POSITION SUMMARY
Assists pharmacists with inventory and inspections, including maintaining records of such. Receives and processes orders, packages drugs. Maintains pharmacy spaces in orderly manner. Supervises Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Biller to ensure every task is completed in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction and supervision of a licensed Registered Pharmacist:
Identify all technician tasks and assignments and their completion frequency. Assign technicians on daily, weekly and monthly tasks to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Schedule technicians and pharmacy biller to ensure completion of all tasks. Streamline the pharmacy workflow. Be responsible for Quality assurance and Compliance to pharmacy regulations.
