**The Opportunity**

This role is ideal for an experienced Mechanical Engineer ready to step into a Lead role, with a strong focus on data centres and mission‑critical facilities.

You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team, working across major projects locally and nationally. You will lead mechanical design from concept through to delivery, ensuring solutions are efficient, resilient, and future-ready.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services (HVAC) for data centres and other complex facilities
+ Take ownership of technical quality, coordination, and documentation across projects
+ Develop solutions that support high availability, redundancy, and energy efficiency in mission‑critical environments
+ Work directly with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes
+ Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers
