The position exists to support Elsevier’s Lead Management team and is focused on pre-qualification of leads using agreed upon guidelines, lead analysis and enrichment using all available resources such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CapIQ, and other public data sources available on the internet.The position exists to support Elsevier’s Lead Management team and is focused on pre-qualification of leads using agreed upon guidelines, lead analysis and enrichment using all available resources such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CapIQ, and other public data sources available on the internet.

Accountabilities:

  • Pre- qualification process of new sales lead request - research, enrichment and validation
  • Use of analytical skills to assign quality leads to sales
  • Ensures timely and accurate assignment of leads to sales
  • Actively uses Salesforce and CRM for purpose of entering relevant, complete and insightful information for sales
