**Responsibilities**

+ Train and lead Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging.
+ Collaborate directly with plant leadership to develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and resolution of recurring problems.
