Bern's Steak House is looking for that individual who wants to take the next step in their career.

Looking for someone with a minimum 2 years line cook experience.

Fine Dining experience a plus but not a requirement.  Must have a willingness to learn, adapt and surmount any challenges that may come.

Culinary graduates are a plus but not necessary.  Job Overview Must have general knowledge of cooking techniques.   Prepare station with all necessary items/tools according to designated station.

Prepare, cook, and plate all items on the designated station according to Chef standards.

Ensure quality of all products with guidance from Chef.  Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout each shift.  Skills Attention to detail and great communication skills.

Must work well with others.
