Summary

Focusing on promoting products, answering inquiries, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Representatives input customer interactions and sales information into Sales Force CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups. The role includes identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products or solutions, and facilitating sales transactions or referrals to the appropriate sales team members. Representatives may also coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.
