In this permanent role, you will report to the Field Operations Manager and be responsible for servicing overhead doors. Candidates should have experience in installation or a related trade. You'll work on sectional and rolling steel doors while maintaining communication with the scheduling team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install various types of overhead doors including security grilles and fire doors
• Diagnose and repair issues on serviced doors
• Collaborate with schedulers to arrange necessary parts
• Ensure safety training is current and participate in on-call rotations
• Complete necessary paperwork, including timesheets and job orders
