Position Overview
Strong experience with Python (Lead level): REST APIs, data pipelines, asynchronous programming, and integrations.Hands-on experience with SQL and working with both structured and unstructured data.Experience with React (Mid level): Capable of maintaining and extending existing UIs.Familiarity with MongoDB and data modeling for flexible schemas.Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.Working knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.Will be a plus:
Exposure to GenAI / LLM-powered solutions.Experience with NLP, semantic search, or transcript/text-based data analysis.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools.Soft Skills:
Proven experience as a technical team lead: mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, driving architectural decisions.
