Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Working with the Project Management team to own and manage the delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Regularly review the team’s progress on development sprints to identify opportunities to optimise ticket assignments or approach, providing recommendations to Project Management and the development team.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, scope work, and provide accurate estimates for project proposals and statements of work.
• Hands-on software development and being a fallback point for the team of technical expertise
