We are looking for a senior flavoruist as the role is highly technical combining chemistry and artistry. You will develop innovative flavor systems for food and drink, manage complex customer briefs, and mentor junior flavorists.

Key Responsibilities

• Flavor Creation & Innovation: Independently develop bold, creative, and commercially successful flavor profiles from scratch for various matrices (beverages, snacks, dairy, etc.).
• Project & Brief Management: Lead complex customer-facing projects, conduct working sessions, and translate consumer insights into winning technical solutions.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide, train, and motivate trainee or junior flavorists and technicians to build regional capabilities.
• Production & Scale-Up: Support the scale-up of formulations from the lab into the pilot plant and full-scale manufacturing.
