Lead Estimator

Lead Estimator shall play a vital role by establishing the tender commercially, responsible for strategizing the bid from review of documents, ensuring a fully compliant and competitive bid is presented to management as part of tender settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of company practices in tendering.
• Liaison with external consultants and third parties.
• Initial appraisal of bid documentation and establishment of bid strategies from earliest possible stage.
• Attend site visits and assist Bid Lead Technical in preparing any major constraints/opportunities that may affect the method of construction, programme or price.
• Compare the B.O.Q items with regards to their description in the bill, drawing and specification, act on these items in case of discrepancy (e.g., sending queries to Client/Engineer).
