Lead Maintenance Engineer – London, Liverpool Street - FM Service Provider – £50,000 per annumCBW are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to oversee a modern multi-storey office building with several floors of workspace, meeting rooms, and facilities, based near Liverpool Street, London. You will take ownership of daily maintenance operations, with a strong focus on delivering an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme. The Lead Engineer will also be responsible for managing one engineer, ensuring smooth coordination of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) activities throughout the building.
