The Opportunity

This is more than just a leadership role. You will take ownership of electrical engineering delivery across new product introduction, bringing structure to complexity and ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and cost‑effective solutions. You will lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers, while remaining hands‑on in solving technical challenges and influencing design direction.
