Job Description Project Manager -JD 7 Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, Designers etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Negotiate & finalize contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Liaising to obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish for projects with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Plan all Engineering, Procurement, construction activities as per project scope of work and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
