As a Lead Educator, you’ll guide and mentor your team to create a calm, nurturing space where our young learners feel safe, supported, and curious. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you’ll help shape meaningful routines and experiences that foster each child’s development—while documenting their learning and milestones with love and care, all within a compliant and responsive environment.
