Home Sweet Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) Team Lead to provide leadership and direct support services at our Taylor Street Group Home in Fredericksburg, Virginia.



The DSP Team Lead serves as the on-site leader responsible for ensuring high-quality person-centered services, regulatory compliance, staff accountability, and the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services.



This position combines hands-on direct support responsibilities with leadership duties and serves as the primary liaison between residential staff and agency leadership.
